Wrinkles are result of years of muscle contraction which squeezes the skin causing wrinkles.
Botulinum toxin (commonly called Botox) is a protein which temporarily blocks the nerve signals to the muscle so stopping the muscle from contracting and reducing the wrinkles.

FROWN LINES
Frown lines or 'surprise lines' are the transverse, long lines that run across the forehead. They appear when raising the eyebrows in surprise or during times of stress.
Horizontal brow lines deepen with age and eventually become apparent even when the face is relaxed. The muscle involved here is only one, the frontalis muscle and it is the sole elevator of the eyebrow. Using Botulinum Toxin one can relax the muscle sufficiently to reduce and usually eliminate these age defining wrinkles.

Crow feet
Crow’s feet are caused by making repeated eye movements over time and loss of elasticity. Also known as laughter lines. Crow's feet are fine lines or wrinkles that appear at the corners of the eyes.
They usually appear either while smiling or laughing, and inevitably, after time when the face is relaxed. They are treated with very small injections to the muscles surrounding the eye, the Orbicularis Oculi muscle.
They also serve to tighten the skin of the eyelid and give a slight lift to the eyebrow.

Glabellar lines

Chemical brow lift
A lateral brow lift is a procedure that can be very effective for people with mild to moderate brow heaviness. This is normally due to naturally dropping eyelids or low-hanging eyebrows. As a result, people often state they look tired or washed out.
The brow lift literally raises the skin tissues surrounding the eyes and eyebrows, so that the natural eyebrow arch is a few millimetres higher. It tends to leave the eyes looking wider and more youthful.

Bunny lines (excessive lines on nose)
Bunny lines are horizontal wrinkles that form across the ridge of the nose. 'Bunny' is a reference to the distinctively wrinkled and twitchy noses of rabbits; Botox can lessen so-called “bunny lines” (lines along the top of the nose caused when some people smile.)

Down turned mouth treatment
Marionette lines (also sometimes known as 'disappointment lines') are the lines that extend from the outer corners of each side of the mouth all the way down towards the chin.

Periorbital lines (smokers’ line)
Smokers' lines are commonly known as the 'barcode' – “Pucker lines” a series of thin vertical lines that run perpendicular to the vermilion border (the normally sharp demarcation between the lip and your adjacent normal skin).
These lines occur naturally as we age, and the lips start to lose their volume. They are often first noticed as lipstick 'bleeds' into these lines. Smokers' lines can be successfully treated by BOTOX injections or filling these lines with a dermal filler and/or by enhancing the vermilion border. Often a combination of these techniques is employed.

Mentalis/Chin lift (puckered/dimpled chin)
Dimply chin (also known as 'Poppy chin'). It develops when the mentalis muscle, which inserts with several fibres in the dermis of this area, is contracted.
This can lead to the appearance of wrinkles or a 'pin cushioning' effect on the chin. Some people are born with it, others acquire it with age.
The Botox treatment softens the appearance of the chin and creates a more youthful look.

Masseter /jaw slimming (teeth grinding/bruxism)
The 'broad face' look is due to the over development of the masseter muscles of the face. It may be congenital or acquired. Acquired causes are usually due to grinding of the teeth, often subconsciously at night. This is undesirable for women and aesthetically unpleasing, because a square face gives a more masculine image. Some men have too prominent jawline, and they can benefit from this too.
Muscular pain in the jaw can be very disabling/ due to teeth grinding and other causes. Botox can then be administered to reduce the muscular spasm causing the pain. This will also reduce the tooth grinding that can damage the teeth.
Nefertiti lift (neck wrinkles lift, loss of definition in jawline and neck)
Neck lines and bands are sometimes also known as 'Nefertiti neck' or 'Turkey neck'. Often some people give their age away, not by the skin on the face, but by the skin on the hands and neck. With neck lines, platysma bands occur as we grow older and contract the muscles.
Botox effectively softens these lines and can help reduce some of the pull on the lower face by creating a slight lift.
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
Excessive axillary sweating is a very common condition, it often interferes with the individual's life by causing physiological problems, such as cold and clammy hands, dehydration, and skin infections secondary to maceration of the skin, as well as emotional consequences due to embarrassment, limiting daily activities, interfering with interpersonal relationships, necessitating frequent changes of clothes, etc.

Dermal fillers treatments

Dermaplaning treatment
Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that consists of using a 10-gauge scalpel to gently scrape off the top lay-er of dulling dead skin cells in order to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. Sounds scary, right?
It really isn’t, as long as you’re in the right hands.
“Dermaplaning requires handling a very sharp blade that’s used in surgeries. Dermaplaning safely scrapes off the top layer of skin, so it is well suited for drier skin types and anyone who wants to get rid of peach fuzz. Dermaplaning removes all the dead skin cells and also the facial hair, leaving the surface very smooth,” explains Wright.
Dermaplaning also allows for greater penetration of skincare products and creates a flawless canvas for makeup to glide on smoothly. In fact, cosmetic dermatologists often use dermaplaning to help prepare skin for more intrusive procedures such as laser treatments and chemical peels and used in combination with micro-dermabrasion with good results.

Microsclerotherapy treatment (thread veins injections)
Leg veins are a cosmetic common concern for many women. They appear as red, blue, or purple lines on the skin and can be unsightly. While varicose veins may require surgical treatment, many other types of veins such as thread veins or spider veins can be treated easily with microsclerotherapy, which is considered the gold standard treatment for these types of veins.
Microsclerotherapy involves the injection of a solution, known as a “sclerosing agent” into the vein using a very fine needle. This causes the vein to break down so it can be absorbed by the body. If you have thread veins or spider veins on your legs that are bothering, you then micorscelrotherapy is a safe and effective solution.
Book a consultation to find out if you are eligible for treatment. The needles used for microsclerotherapy are very fine so while you may feel a slight scratch tor pinching sensation, the treatment is not painful.
The procedure takes about half an hour depending on how many veins are being treated. You are advised to wear compression stockings for three days after treatment, but you can carry on with normal activities straight away. You should refrain from any strenuous aerobic activity for 24 hours, however.
You may get some bruising which can last for a couple of weeks and the veins may appear worse before they get better. Microsclerotherapy is considered to be the most effective treatment for targeting thread veins on the legs. Most veins will completely disappear following treatment.
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma treatment for skin and hair loss)
